Contact

We are a small, independent site. There is no support ticket system, no automated response queue, and no bot that will reply with a list of FAQs you did not ask about.

If you send us a message, a real person reads it and replies. That comes with one honest caveat: response times vary. We aim to get back to you within 48 hours on weekdays. Sometimes it takes a little longer.

How to Reach Us

Email

For anything that needs a considered response — factual corrections, detailed questions about Flensburg, accommodation or tour enquiries, or anything you would rather put in writing:

farrukh.mumtaz97@gmail.com

This is the best channel for anything that is not time-sensitive.

WhatsApp

If you have a quick question, are mid-trip and need a fast answer, or just prefer messaging over email:

+44 7466 157772

Tap the number above to open a WhatsApp chat directly. We monitor messages during the day and typically reply within a few hours. For very time-sensitive questions while you are in Flensburg, WhatsApp is the faster option.

What We Can Help With

Corrections and updates — If something on the site is out of date, factually wrong, or missing, please tell us. We would rather fix an error than leave it published. Specific pages, wrong prices, closed venues — all useful.

Questions about visiting Flensburg — If you have read the guides and still have a specific question that is not covered, we are happy to help where we can. We know the city well and can usually point you in the right direction.

Flensburg tips you think we have missed — If you have visited and found something worth knowing about that we have not covered, we are genuinely interested. A lesser-known viewpoint, a specific opening hours quirk, a seasonal event that is worth the trip — that kind of thing is useful.

General travel planning — Timing a visit around the Rum Regatta, choosing between hotels on the harbour versus the city centre, whether to combine Flensburg with a day trip into Denmark — these are reasonable questions and we will answer them honestly.

While You Are Here

If you have not already found what you are looking for, the main sections of the site are a good starting point:

The things to do in Flensburg guide covers all six main attractions with verified opening hours and practical details. The Flensburg Harbour guide covers Schiffbrücke in detail — the rum cellar, the Museumshafen, and where to eat on the quay. If you are planning a trip from scratch, the About Flensburg city guide is the place to begin.
